Challenge:
The ground engineers are still working with a lot of papers to build just anchors, micropills, cut-off walls, piles and others. They spend quite much time to fill out the protocols. The process behind was manually.

Solution:
To help the engineers on site it was customized completely the process of manufactoring with software IRIS. From the import of the planned model data over the time logging to acceptance report with the general contractor. They can create new manufactoring protocols directly over a tablet and they’re filled out with imported data, data from the site and from the devices.
Benefits and results:
The SPT has now a good overview of the current states of all current ongoing constructions and have the possibility to analysis the data project-wide. Also the process is worfklow-based and saves a lot of time on site.
The engineers can put only the values, which are different to the “should state” and can send the ready manufactoring protocols directly to the site foreman.
