- Your profile
- Technical or commercial education. Preferably a combination of technical and business administration subjects.
- A completed degree is not necessarily required.
- Prior knowledge in contract management (including commercial law and contract law).
- Good commercial knowledge.
- Ideally, experience in sales of technically complex products.
- Very good IT user skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- A Class B driver's license is highly advantageous.
- Very good German and English skills, as well as intercultural competencies.

- Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for national and international sales in terms of revenue and results.
- New customer acquisition, winning new clients and projects through technically competent and targeted acquisition (Business Development).
- Active marketing of new products and solutions in the respective target markets.
- Initiate and support technical and commercial customer consulting, ensuring the clarification of issues within the scope of a customer project.
- Analysis of sales processes and development of new strategies for the continuous expansion of sales.
- You propose sales, marketing, and advertising activities and implement them with your team.
- Negotiation and monitoring of customer-specific agreements.
- Market research and competitive analysis to ensure market presence.
- Participation in relevant international trade fairs.
- Solution-oriented consulting, including customer training if necessary.
- Preparation of offers, including cost and price calculation, and consistent follow-up.
- Pricing and contract negotiations.
- The human factor is rated higher than the professional qualifications.
