- About Baumotor:
BauMotor offers “one-touch” robotic solutions from a single source. We help companies effectively plan, budget, and deploy solutions for the construction industry by providing them with cutting-edge mobile robotics solutions — both software and hardware. Robots can be integrated and utilized in many areas of construction sites. Especially in areas where costs need to be reduced and damages minimized, digital and automated robotic integrations offer significant value. And this is exactly where BauMotor comes in.
Our team of top-tier software developers, project managers, and construction experts possesses the know-how to implement these solutions efficiently on site. The BauMotor partner network also includes leading ConTech, hardware, and software companies, from which we assemble comprehensive solutions and bring them directly to construction sites.
We are looking for a motivated addition to our operations team — ideally someone with a background in robotics, IT, or the construction industry. We also very much welcome career changers to join our team.

- You stay up to date with developments in the ConTech scene.
- You analyze workflows and processes on construction sites.
- You actively participate in trade fairs and other events related to construction and innovation.
- You support clients, visit construction sites, and conduct presentations independently.
- You review the state of technology based on the latest prototypes and existing robotic solutions, assessing their applicability on construction sites.
- You commission robots on construction sites and train users in their operation.
- You carry out diagnostics, service, and repair work.
- You act as the point of contact for specific construction sites.
- You collaborate with on-site users, robotics engineers, and software developers.
- Your Profile:
Basic requirements:

- Class B driver’s license.
- Good command of German, both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with common file formats.
- Willingness to travel for work (flexibility).
Additional qualifications – what sets you apart:
- You are enthusiastic about developing and implementing future-oriented solutions for construction sites and advancing digitalization in the construction industry.

- You are interested in technology and curious about construction site innovations.
- You have an open-minded and professional appearance.
- You are confident and communicative when dealing with people.
